What You’ll Do

  • Write, edit, and develop facilitator guides, handouts, and group exercises aligned with Charlie Health’s clinical model
  • Translate peer-reviewed research into clear, structured, client-centered curriculum
  • Collaborate with clinicians, subject matter experts, and program leads to ensure accuracy and inclusivity
  • Revise and adapt curriculum based on facilitator feedback, evolving best practices, and client needs
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and formatting standards
  • Incorporate culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and affirming language across all materials
  • Support training efforts by providing curriculum-related content and explanations

What You Need

  • Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy) with clinical license (active or previously held: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC)
  • 2+ years’ experience in curriculum writing, clinical content development, or related work
  • Direct clinical experience and strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, relational psychodynamic theory, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging
  • Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a growth-focused environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
  • U.S. work authorization; native or bilingual English proficiency
