Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (United States)
  • Two options: Mon–Fri 10–7 MT (11–8 CT, 12–9 ET, 9–6 PT) or Tues–Sat 9–6 MT (10–7 CT, 11–8 ET, 8–5 PT)
  • Paid training: 2 weeks, Mon–Fri 8–5 MT (9–6 CT, 10–7 ET, 7–4 PT)
  • Location note: Not currently hiring in CA, CO, NY, IL, or WA; additional location eligibility is confirmed during application

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome newly admitted clients and families; coordinate care and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Explain insurance benefits, complete program financial enrollments, and resolve barriers before they impact care
  • Manage schedules (book/reschedule), monitor attendance, and follow up to keep treatment on track
  • Liaise with Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Clinical, and Outreach to streamline the client experience
  • Share aftercare resources and help families schedule post-program appointments
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and meet KPIs (appointments scheduled, financial agreements completed, issue resolution/time to resolution, aftercare scheduling rate, CSAT, daily call volume)

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus)
  • 2+ years in customer/patient success or call center support
  • 1–2 years with Salesforce or a similar CRM, plus contact center tools
  • Comfort with financial discussions; health insurance/medical billing familiarity is a strong plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and strong multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of HIPAA standards; work authorization in the U.S.; native or bilingual English
  • Proficiency with cloud tools (Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMR)
