Schedule
- Remote, full-time role.
- Must reside outside of Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington State, or Washington, DC.
- Fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Delivery Specialists: coach, guide, and ensure productivity.
- Oversee data reconciliation to guarantee accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Supervise manual data entry and enforce quality control.
- Manage data migration projects: plan and execute extraction, transformation, and uploads between systems.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure quality assurance: conduct audits, validate data, and document processes.
- Collaborate across departments (admissions, care experience, compliance) to align on data priorities and resolve issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or related field.
- Experience in data operations (reconciliation, entry, migration).
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and EMRs a plus.
