Schedule
- Remote, full-time role.

- High-volume, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and focus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of outreach to prospective clients with compassion and urgency.
- Lead the early admissions process: initiate timely and strategic contact to build trust and spark interest.
- Coordinate with Admissions Coordinators to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain speed to assessment.
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce: calls, notes, and intake updates.
- Confidently explain Charlie Health’s mission and clinical model to prospective clients and families.
- Support re-engagement by identifying drop-off trends and tailoring outreach.
- Flag barriers to admission (scheduling, financial, engagement concerns) and route to support teams.
- Collaborate with teammates to refine outreach strategies and cover admissions pipeline tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience a plus).
- Proven record of exceeding performance goals.
- 1+ year of Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA (preferred).
- Experience with adolescents and young adults in mental health settings (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 – $60,000 per year.
- Performance-based bonus: total compensation $66,000 – $84,000 per year.
