Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (not available in AK, CA, CO, IL, ME, NY, or WA)
  • Standard weekly schedule with flexibility to support evening needs
  • Client-facing role requiring consistent responsiveness and care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families post-admission
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts; resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, Utilization Review)
  • Proactively identify gaps in treatment attendance and re-engage clients as needed
  • Manage client scheduling, including setting and rescheduling appointments
  • Support families with aftercare planning and appointment scheduling after treatment
  • Document all interactions accurately and on time
  • Meet KPIs including: call answer rate, call volume, issue resolution, scheduling rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer/patient success or support role
  • Experience with adolescents or young adults in a healthcare setting preferred
  • 1–2 years of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and contact center technology experience
  • Strong multitasking skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in cloud-based tools (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
  • Authorized to work in the US; native or bilingual English proficiency

Pay & Benefits

  • Expected salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and location)
