Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in the United States
- Standard office hours, with flexibility to work overtime if client order flow requires
- Collaborative work with Assistive Technology Professionals, Customer Care Coordinators, and vendors
Responsibilities
- Review and proof vendor quotes for accuracy, ensuring pricing, part numbers, and discounts match specifications
- Coordinate with vendor representatives and configurators to duplicate order details accurately
- Perform initial quality control before submission for Revenue Validation
- Communicate with Assistive Technology Professionals and Customer Care Coordinators to ensure timely follow-up
- Independently manage workload to meet both individual and department productivity goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- 2 years of durable medical equipment (DME) experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to balance accuracy with productivity in a high-volume environment
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable adapting to changes in software, processes, and priorities

- Pay range: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on skills, experience, and location)
