What You’ll Do
- Schedule and route technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Process new service requests and provide updates to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor technician workloads and ensure contractual service levels are met
- Answer calls and provide assistance with parts orders, rerouting, and follow-up
- Reassign inventory, monitor third-party performance, and document all service activity
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service or relations experience
- 2+ years of typing and data entry in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
