What You’ll Do
- Process incoming service requests via phone and email, documenting details accurately
- Update clients with service statuses and ensure follow-through on completion
- Troubleshoot service tickets and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist field service technicians with service tickets, lock access, and workload issues
- Manage call flow to ensure service-level agreements are met
What You Need
- Previous call center experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Clear verbal/written communication with effective listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Dependable attendance and ability to maintain confidentiality
