What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and services to maximize profitability
- Resolve customer issues, including accounting and invoice-related concerns
- Ensure client needs are met the first time to minimize repeat calls
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth operations
What You Need
- 2–3 years of inbound sales experience (required)
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (required)
- 2 years of college coursework in business (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills
- PC proficiency with MS Office and ability to type 40 WPM
