What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from booking to closure, with a consultative approach
- Build trust with Pros by empathizing with challenges and presenting payroll and accounting solutions
- Drive adoption of new services, boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and service usage
- Stay current on product updates to provide informed guidance
- Track customer engagement and satisfaction while addressing concerns promptly
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing insights and best practices
What You Need
- 2–3+ years of sales experience (full cycle, including closing and account management)
- Experience with payroll and accounting solutions (preferred)
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a trusted-consultant approach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
