What You’ll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from booking to closure, with a consultative approach
  • Build trust with Pros by empathizing with challenges and presenting payroll and accounting solutions
  • Drive adoption of new services, boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and service usage
  • Stay current on product updates to provide informed guidance
  • Track customer engagement and satisfaction while addressing concerns promptly
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing insights and best practices

What You Need

  • 2–3+ years of sales experience (full cycle, including closing and account management)
  • Experience with payroll and accounting solutions (preferred)
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a trusted-consultant approach
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
