Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST
- Weekend rotation required
- Remote (must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency and care, helping members resolve issues and renegotiate agreements
- Retain existing customers by listening, empathizing, and finding solutions to prevent cancellations
- Execute repricing for designated customers and ensure accurate follow-up
- Communicate clearly in calls and emails, offering solutions within time limits
- Consistently meet and exceed retention and sales goals
What You Need
- Proven sales and call center experience with strong communication skills
- Passion for helping customers while achieving performance targets
- Competitive drive with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to pass background, employment, and drug screening checks
