  • Full-time
  • Remote (ideal candidate located in Ohio, but open to anywhere in the U.S.)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, emails, and correspondence to resolve billing issues
  • Review insurance details, payment plans, and medical coverage information
  • Document and analyze patient issues while working closely with collections and other departments

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong phone handling, communication, and active listening skills
  • Knowledge of medical insurance, terminology, and basic ICD-10/CPT coding helpful
