The Role: Onboarding Specialist

As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll own the onboarding journey for new enterprise accounts—driving adoption, building strong relationships, and ensuring long-term success. You’ll act as a trusted consultant for small businesses in the home services industry, using your communication, problem-solving, and technical skills to set them up for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through onboarding: account activation, adoption, and product utilization
  • Support key accounts with training and coaching beyond onboarding
  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Communicate client trends and feedback across internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and process improvement
  • Troubleshoot issues with deep product knowledge and creative problem-solving
  • Use data and analysis to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven record of developing customer relationships and exceeding success metrics

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working with service professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, or maid services
  • Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • $23.99–$28.21/hour (includes base + bonus; ~$58,682 annualized budget)
