Schedule
- Part-time contract: ~10–15 hours/week

- Occasional team meetings and async collaboration
What You’ll Do
- Write conversion-focused copy for email, SMS, social posts, UGC scripts, and ads
- Craft headlines, subject lines, hooks, and CTAs that drive opens, clicks, and sales
- Adapt messaging by channel (email vs. TikTok vs. Instagram; paid vs. organic)
- Partner with designers and strategists to align copy and creative
- Use AI tools to ideate, draft, and iterate efficiently
- Translate features into benefits that resonate with target audiences
- Contribute prompts/guidelines for creators to produce on-brand UGC
- Support A/B testing and optimize messages based on performance data
- Track trends and competitor angles to uncover timely content opportunities
What You Need
- Portfolio showcasing copy across email, SMS, social, and ads
- Command of direct-response principles and performance storytelling
- Fluency in current TikTok/Instagram trends and short-form formats
- Experience writing for email marketing preferred
- Comfort collaborating with AI to speed research and drafting
- Understanding of e-commerce and growth metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV)
- Strong time management and clear, feedback-friendly communication
