Be the frontline voice for patients navigating their care. Midi Health is hiring a Patient Scheduling Support Representative to handle real-time patient communications, rescheduling, and schedule optimization in a fast-growing digital health environment.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Remote, work from home
  • Standard business hours with flexibility to support patient scheduling needs

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to patient replies from reschedule notifications (SMS/email) and provide empathetic support via text, phone, and email
  • Modify, cancel, and rebook appointments in AthenaHealth, following Midi scheduling protocols
  • Apply scheduling logic across appointment types, time zones, and clinician availability
  • Coordinate with the Scheduler team on waitlists, open time blocks, and escalations
  • Monitor Zendesk tickets and internal Slack threads related to scheduling inquiries
  • Support general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in high-volume healthcare operations or patient services
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital health or virtual care
  • Understanding of clinical scheduling workflows and patient coordination best practices
  • Bilingual Spanish skills
