Schedule
- Temporary role through December 31, 2025 (completion bonus included)
- Start date: September 22, 2025
- Remote, must reside in MST or PST time zones
What You’ll Do
- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily, engaging 70–80 patients and booking ~14 appointments per day.
- Build trust with patients and caregivers while explaining the benefits of in-home visits.
- Educate patients on the importance of their ordered services and Sprinter Health’s care model.
- Review inbound requests from outreach campaigns and follow up promptly.
- Collaborate with other representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Escalate complex questions to other teams for support.
What You Need
- Residence in MST or PST.
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience, with 1+ year in healthcare.
- Experience with EHR systems, patient confidentiality, and healthcare software.
- Familiarity with Five9, Zendesk, and Mac operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack.
