What You’ll Do
- Review, allocate, and reconcile premiums for Benefits Division Policies.
- Perform banking functions and resolve discrepancies in premium calculations.
- Support premium analysts with customer outreach and detailed documentation.
- Provide customer service to internal and external clients through phone and email.
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting and service level agreements.
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to handle reconciliations, variance research, and basic accounting tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for customer support.
