Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote
- $15/hour + weekly bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from clients and provide clear, accurate support
- Make outbound calls to update clients and address questions
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Explain products and services clearly to clients
- Navigate internal systems to locate and update customer data
- Accurately document client interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues
- Maintain service quality while meeting performance targets
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with team members
What You Need
- Strong customer service orientation with proven communication skills
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Ability to follow procedures, interpret documents, and problem-solve independently
- Experience with FDCPA guidelines a plus
- Collections or call center experience preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Windows and Outlook
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
