Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote
- Shifts available: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST
- $18/hour + monthly bonus
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients
- Take inbound and outbound calls to guide clients through program details
- Handle objections and answer client questions clearly and empathetically
- Deliver accurate explanations of services and benefits
- Document client interactions and manage updates in CRM systems
- Maintain a high level of service while meeting retention and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client success
What You Need
- Spanish fluency (required)
- 1–2 years of retention or sales experience in a high-volume call center
- Passion for customer service and ability to deliver empathetic solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and reliable Wi-Fi
- Ability to multitask and think quickly in fast-paced client interactions
