Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (with one-hour lunch)
- Remote position, work-from-home eligible in the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WV
Responsibilities
- Answer calls via auto-dialer and engage with potential clients
- Clearly and patiently explain representation documents
- Guide clients through electronic signing of forms via text and email
- Document calls accurately and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Meet productivity expectations handling high-volume, back-to-back calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong phone presence with persuasive, empathetic communication style
- Tech-savvy; able to explain e-signature processes to non-technical clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Problem-solving mindset; able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Reliable, dependable attendance
Compensation
- $15.00/hour base pay
- Monthly performance bonus available after 2 months (potential to increase earnings)
