Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for clients operating on Oracle Simphony 1 or 2 (hardware, software, networking)
- Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure equipment
- Create and route Salesforce CRM Support Tickets; ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps
- File and store documents electronically
- Track all inventory, including RMAs, in coordination with the team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in call center support specifically for Oracle Simphony 1 or 2 (required)
- Minimum 1 year of technical customer service experience
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- General computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Compensation
- Hourly Range: $20.00 – $31.00 (varies by location, skills, and experience)
