Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.)
  • 24/7 call center – must be available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Camera-on participation required during work hours

Responsibilities

  • Handle 25+ account inquiries per hour via phone, providing scripted responses for fraud alerts in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate potential credit card fraud by analyzing payment history, transactions, and account activity
  • Contact cardholders and merchants to verify charges and gather supporting details
  • Complete lost/stolen reports, block compromised accounts, and initiate card replacement orders
  • Document all interactions, findings, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately
  • Build knowledge of fraud detection techniques, policies, and regulations through ongoing training and collaboration

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 2 years
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, closely supervised environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous fraud prevention or financial services experience
