Responsibilities
- Receive live warm transfers from licensed sales agents after needs analysis
- Deliver and confirm all required CMS and carrier-specific disclosures
- Guide beneficiaries through the Medicare Advantage application, ensuring accuracy
- Verify eligibility, personal details, and plan selection prior to submission
- Maintain strict compliance with CMS regulations and enrollment guidelines
- Document all interactions and application statuses in CRM and enrollment software
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to ensure seamless client experience
Requirements
- Active resident-state Health Insurance License
- Valid 2026 AHIP Certification (required)
- Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status with major national and regional Medicare Advantage carriers for 2026 plan year
- 1–2 years of Medicare sales or enrollment experience with proven compliance record
- Strong communication and active listening skills; able to explain complex info clearly
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure 100% application accuracy
- Professional, ethical conduct in all client interactions
