Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (4 x 10-hour shifts per week)
- Must be available between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST with flexibility to work any shift within 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
- Rotating weekend shifts required
- Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, MO, IN, VA, or TX
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to pet parents via phone, text, and email
- Assist with appointment scheduling, general pet care guidance, and routing of medical questions to licensed veterinary staff
- Collaborate with veterinary clinics and operations teams to provide seamless experiences
- Represent Petfolk’s values in every interaction with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- 1+ year of veterinary customer service experience (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Tech-savvy; experience with Vetspire, Gladly, or EMR systems a plus
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and EST business hours
