Schedule

  • Remote role based in the EMEA region
  • 4-day workweek: Saturday–Tuesday (10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Bitwarden’s suite of products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for web and mobile platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
  • Provide stellar support to users by email, chat, and other channels
  • Assist with billing, account management, and user onboarding
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Identify solutions proactively and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and clarity
  • 1+ year in a technical role (e.g., Systems Admin, QA, Support, Help Desk) or equivalent skills/education
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions clearly
  • Empathy-driven customer support mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and reliability
  • Familiarity with several of these technologies is a plus: CLI, Docker, GitHub, HTML, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, PKI, Freshdesk
