Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S. only)
- Flexible hours with cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Manage receivables, contact customers with open invoices, and update accounts to reflect payments
- Coordinate with resellers and in-scope customers on quoting, supplier updates, and approvals to ensure timely invoice payment
- Prepare consolidated account statements for resellers and MSPs
- Identify and resolve billing/account errors, escalating as needed
- Assist with other accounting duties and participate in departmental projects
Requirements
- Passion for customer service with strong empathy and advocacy skills
- Experience communicating billing issues with customers and internal teams
- Understanding of confidentiality when handling financial and billing data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience with cloud-based applications (Stripe a plus)
- Background in retail or high-volume customer-facing roles is a plus
Compensation
- U.S. base salary range: $55,000 – $70,000/year
- Final offer based on skills, experience, and location
