Schedule
- Seasonal role (October–December 2025)
- Remote, must reside in: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- Operation is 7 days a week — evenings and weekends required
- Flexible/variable schedules
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Support customers with order information, promotions, product details, and customizations
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM system following policy
- Use knowledge base and support tools to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with leadership
- Meet and maintain performance KPIs for quality and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in customer service (premium brand experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to resolve customer concerns and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing processes
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
Compensation
- Geo Range 2 (CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA): $17.65/hr
- Geo Range 3 (AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI): $16.19/hr
