Schedule

  • Full-time (temp to perm role)
  • 100% remote (US-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Submit payer credentialing applications for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers in Tennessee, Florida, and Texas
  • Track application status and communicate timelines and effective dates with internal stakeholders
  • Complete re-credentialing processes for existing providers as required
  • Manage CAQH profiles, ensuring attestations every 120 days and documents are current
  • Maintain state-specific provider databases, monitoring license, DEA, and board certification expirations
  • Review and update health plan directories to ensure accuracy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Experience with payer platforms such as CAQH, Availity, PECOS, TennCare, AHCA, or TMHP
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination
