Compensation

  • $16.00/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls to assist with inquiries, orders, billing, account maintenance, and technical support
  • Listen actively, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions with empathy and professionalism
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking accurately and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions in systems and generate reports as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated inquiries and ensure seamless support
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery

What You Need

  • High school diploma required
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer skills, data entry proficiency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps required)
