Compensation
- $16.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls to assist with inquiries, orders, billing, account maintenance, and technical support
- Listen actively, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking accurately and efficiently
- Document customer interactions in systems and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated inquiries and ensure seamless support
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills, data entry proficiency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps required)
