What You’ll Do
- Enter, audit, and verify payroll data to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs
- Collaborate with payroll manager to resolve discrepancies and review records
- Maintain payroll compliance with federal, state, and local wage/tax laws
- Support year-end payroll tasks including W-2 reconciliation and distribution
- Provide direct support to employees with payroll inquiries and updates
- Coordinate employee data changes with benefits and compensation teams
- Help prepare and distribute payroll reports for auditors and internal leaders
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- 1–3 years of payroll experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday preferred
- Ability to manage confidential data with integrity
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
Compensation
- $29.00 – $33.65/hour
- Bonus program eligibility and stock options available
