What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering support and clear communication
- Answer questions about appointments, services, and treatment options with empathy
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
- Maintain accurate patient records in the healthcare system
- Act as a liaison between patients, insurance providers, and medical teams
- Support healthcare professionals in creating personalized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing guidance
What You Need
- Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in care coordination, patient support, or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency with healthcare management software or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
