What You’ll Do
- Create and edit content including blogs, social media, emails, and sales documents
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), grow engagement, and respond to followers
- Build and manage email campaigns, templates, and segmented lists
- Edit short videos or audio clips for social media and online courses
- Design graphics with tools like Canva to align with client branding
- Manage CRM workflows, reporting, and client outreach tools
- Coordinate tasks using project management tools to meet deadlines
- Research and liaise with vendors for paid media and tech solutions
- Optimize content for SEO and keyword performance
- Support community moderation, podcasts, courses, and webinars
What You Need
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media
- Social media management expertise (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Mailchimp
- Strong content strategy and copywriting skills
- Ability to track performance with analytics tools and provide insights
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Reliable home office setup with computer, smartphone, and stable internet
Compensation
- $28.00 – $33.00/hour (paid monthly based on contracted hours)
- Engagements range from 45–130 hours/month depending on client needs
