Responsibilities
- Design branded print and digital materials: ads, signage, logos, social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and more
- Ensure visual consistency across fonts, colors, logos, and other branding elements
- Contribute creatively to campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Apply accessible design principles and 508 compliance standards
- Edit design assets and images efficiently for multi-format use
- Stay up to date with design trends and apply them appropriately
- Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate status updates, and meet deadlines
- Manage multiple priorities across tight timelines and shifting needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or federal space preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
- Proven ability to multitask and hit deadlines
- Experience with 508 accessibility standards
- Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills
