Zirtual provides practice-area specific virtual paralegals to law firms nationwide. Our U.S.-based professionals support litigation and transactional needs with precision, reliability, and confidentiality. Paralegals are paired with firms that align with their experience, and receive ongoing support from a dedicated Account Supervisor to ensure success.

- Flexible hours during standard business days (Monday–Friday), tailored per client
- 1099 Independent Contractor
What You’ll Do
- Draft and review legal documents, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research, trial prep, case tracking, and due diligence
- Manage filings (state/federal), organize client records, and track deadlines
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and government entities
- Support client case management software, document handling, and eFiling
- Assist with legal assistant-level duties including scheduling, file management, basic client coordination, and calendar management
- Track time daily using Zirtual’s official system and attend virtual law firm meetings
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in your practice area
- Experience working independently and remotely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and legal platforms (Clio, MyCase, etc.)
- Reliable home office setup: computer, WiFi, phone
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot)
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Expensify, Concur, Hootsuite, and WordPress
- Strong note-taking, organizational charting, and document formatting
