Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • 100% remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Respond in real-time to patient appointment change notifications via text, email, and phone
  • Coordinate patient rescheduling using AthenaHealth, considering appointment types, clinician availability, and time zones
  • Work across internal tools like Zendesk and Slack to resolve scheduling issues
  • Monitor support tickets and assist with special scheduling projects as needed
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure smooth, responsive workflows

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
  • 2+ years working with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with high-volume, time-sensitive patient interactions
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital health or virtual care environments
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Understanding of clinical scheduling logic and protocols
