Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary account nurturer, responsible for retention and revenue growth strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives to protect and expand revenue opportunities
  • Analyze digital advertising KPIs (CPC, CTR, VDP views, lead conversions) and present strategic insights to dealers
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and consultative sales strategies
  • Advocate internally for client needs and escalate issues for fast resolution
  • Conduct client training on platform tools and dashboards to maximize success
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and leadership to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing (SaaS or digital advertising preferred)
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketplaces
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate complex metrics into actionable recommendations
  • Track record of retention and revenue growth through consultative sales
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with key decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
