Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (US-based only)
  • Note: Applicants from Washington state are not eligible for this role

Compensation

  • $63,000 – $70,400 per year
  • Equity offered
  • No bonus for this role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling complex and sensitive inquiries with empathy
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team to ensure timely resolutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently via phone and email
  • Document workflows, update processes, and contribute to patient experience improvements
  • Provide escalation support with sound judgment and care

Requirements

  • 2+ years of patient advocacy or high-volume customer support experience, preferably in healthcare or mental health
  • Skilled in de-escalation and handling sensitive interactions with compassion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, or EHR platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup (healthcare or mental health preferred)
  • Background handling healthcare complaints or grievances
  • Direct patient support experience in a mental health context
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
