- 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
- 11:30 am – 8:00 pm
- 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
- 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
- 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails, providing clear explanations of benefits, costs, and provider options
- Guide members through open enrollment, coverage changes, and life event updates
- Help members compare options and make the best decisions for their health and finances
- Research and resolve benefit-related issues with compassion and accuracy
- Place outbound calls for follow-up, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
- Stay informed on commercial plans, Medicare coordination, and group health plan structures
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service or healthcare benefits experience
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex topics with empathy
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and internal systems for documentation
- Eager to learn and build expertise in benefits and healthcare navigation
Compensation
- $17.71/hour
- 10% pay differential for shifts starting after 1:00 pm local time
