What You’ll Do
- Build and organize viral content scripts for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Assist with client content prep (scripts, hooks, shot lists).
- Collaborate with editors and designers to move content through the pipeline.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags across platforms.
- Track trends and help brainstorm reactive content.
- Pull analytics, track KPIs, and prepare client-facing reports.
- Maintain clean systems in Notion, Basecamp, and Hootsuite.
- Coordinate across design, editing, and account teams to keep projects on track.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital strategy.
- Hands-on experience managing posts, calendars, or performance for real brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Docs, and Basecamp.
- Passion for branding, storytelling, and performance-driven content.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in aesthetics, med spa, or personal branding.
- Video editing/videography (CapCut, Canva, Adobe).
- Understanding of viral content mechanics.
