Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static and motion media for paid social ads, emails, landing pages, organic social, and online ad campaigns
- Develop animated ads for social media and digital banners
- Create impactful visual assets for client campaigns and internal projects
- Partner with art directors, marketing analysts, and copywriters to bring concepts to life
- Manage production of ad campaigns and creative projects from start to finish
- Incorporate feedback based on data and performance
- Design visually compelling presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, InDesign)
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency or equivalent experience
- Strong online portfolio with motion graphics, marketing design (social, advertising, email, landing pages), and typography examples (portfolio required to apply)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (or similar animation tools)
- Experience in email design, lead-gen landing pages, and paid social campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience contributing to copywriting and messaging
