- Virtual physician engagement role
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual engagements with Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists
- Build and manage HCP relationships via phone, video, and digital channels
- Deliver strong clinical knowledge in therapeutic conversations
- Execute strategic territory plans to maximize brand impact
- Track call productivity and ensure CRM compliance
- Collaborate with field teams, marketing, and leadership to share insights
- Complete all required product and compliance training
- Ensure all communications meet FDA, HIPAA, and client standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of sales or customer service in the healthcare industry
- Experience in allergy, ENT, or respiratory therapeutic areas preferred
- Strong ability to uncover customer needs in a virtual setting
- Comfortable navigating digital engagement platforms
- Strategic, organized, and results-driven
