Schedule
- Remote role (must work effectively in Pacific Time Zone)
- Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PT
What You’ll Do
- Review and interpret contract documents to ensure compliant billing
- Accurately process changes in systems to support billing and financial close
- Prepare and send accurate bills and fee statements to facility clients
- Review interim statements and verify charge accuracy
- Participate in month-end close and audits
- Provide customer support via phone and electronic communications
- Support other internal departments as needed
- Perform all duties under company policies, standards, and compliance regulations
What You Need
- High School diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred
- Experience in third-party billing or healthcare collections
- Pharmacy Technician experience and/or knowledge of pharmaceuticals preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, stay focused, and meet strict deadlines
- AS400 computer system experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
