Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States

What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations for traditional media, including TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising
- Enter media buys accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Receive, verify, and process invoices for vendor payments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth media operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for media purchases and approvals
What You Need
- High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of media-related work experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and PDF tools
- Basic accounting knowledge (budgeting and reconciliation preferred)
- Experience with Strata Buying Management Software (Freewheel) a plus
- Agency or corporate media background in traditional media preferred
Compensation
- $36,000 – $45,000 annually
- Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 16% of eligible earnings
