Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Standard business hours with flexibility as needed
Responsibilities
- Support clients and patients with enrollment and maintenance in the IPC Copay Assistance Program
- Coordinate member implementation calls with Care Team Lead
- Conduct ad-hoc claims reviews as required
- Identify and review patient utilization history to determine next coverage date
- Assist patients with enrollment into manufacturer programs
- Maintain patient database for tracking and reporting purposes
- Review daily rejected and paid claims; process new patient prior authorization notifications
- Handle protected health information (PHI) with confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional telephone demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to a fast-changing environment
Preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Pay Range
- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
