Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Central or Eastern time zones required)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET
- Some travel required (approx. 10%)
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact eligible patients, explain program benefits, and complete enrollment
- Educate patients and answer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct in-home patient visits when necessary to support enrollment
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of patient interactions and enrollment status
- Collaborate with branch leadership, field clinicians, and program leadership to align patient care goals
- Track enrollment numbers and retention metrics, reporting trends and program outcomes
- Participate in branch and staff meetings, providing insights and support to field clinicians
- Address patient concerns, escalating issues to management when appropriate
- Support special projects and other tasks to ensure program success
Requirements
- One of the following:
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LPT/LVN) with unrestricted license
- Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician
- Licensed Social Worker with accredited degree and unrestricted license
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance
- 1+ year of medical-related experience (home health preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills; empathetic and patient-focused
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- High-speed internet and ability to work from home effectively
Pay Range
- $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
