Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Potential annual travel to licensing-related conferences
Responsibilities
- Process and submit license applications, renewals, affiliation updates, and notifications
- Maintain insurance licenses for entities and teammates
- Track pending items, follow up, and ensure applications are complete with proper documentation
- Serve as liaison for licensees needing assistance across multiple states
- Update files and maintain records of entities and individual licenses
- Handle reporting requirements for states and licensing entities
- Support management in prioritizing workload, solving problems, and meeting deadlines
- Conduct research projects as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and respond flexibly to changing priorities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Recommended: SILA-Associate licensing courses; INS classes a plus
- 2+ years administrative experience, preferably in licensing or insurance support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment when handling confidential material
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to cross-training/new skills
Compensation
- $28.64 – $36.06 per hour (depending on experience and geography)
