What You’ll Do
- Conduct new customer credit checks and track contract information.
- Review client credit risk using third-party reporting services and references.
- Organize documentation for high-dollar limits, extended terms, and credit reviews.
- Draft professional communication on credit approvals, denials, and requests.
- Enter new customer account details into NetSuite and process funding transactions.
- Request and update credit coverage through insurers.
- Monitor and adjust existing credit limits proactively.
- Collaborate with AR and Collections teams on risk evaluation and process updates.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of finance experience.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience in digital advertising.
- Business degree.
- NetSuite experience.
- Familiarity with credit reporting services (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Moody’s).
