Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- Remote work available in listed states
What You’ll Do
- Collect delinquent accounts via telephone, including medical, telecom, and commercial debts
- Manage both Medical Collections and Commercial/Consumer Collections accounts
- Communicate with delinquent accounts in a professional and persuasive manner
- Work toward individual and team collection goals
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with company policies
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous collections experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Previous telephone or sales experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
