About Senture
Senture is a leading provider of premium inbound and outbound customer support for federal, state, and commercial clients. Our Member Engagement team connects with individuals nationwide to schedule free health evaluations and ensure members receive the care they need.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote work-from-home
- 2 weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–8 PM EST; Sat–Sun 9 AM–5:30 PM EST
- Fixed daily schedule with overtime available as needed
Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an auto-dialer (85% outbound / 15% inbound)
- Explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers
- Use approved scripts and navigate objections with confidence and professionalism
- Manage reschedules or cancellations and document activity accurately in multiple systems
- Meet daily metrics for calls, appointments, and productivity
- Protect member privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and escalate complaints when necessary
- Participate in side-by-side peer coaching and ongoing training
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write, and conversation)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Motivated by results, sales-minded, and comfortable with performance metrics
- Ability to follow a fixed schedule and adapt to feedback
- Previous experience in high-volume call centers or with auto-dialers preferred
- Authorized to work in the US; must pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
Work From Home Requirements
- Reliable wired internet (no hotspot/satellite/wireless)
- Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download, latency ≤ 100 ms
- Quiet, secure workspace (furniture not provided)
Benefits
