Schedule

  • Full-time, 100% remote
  • Standard weekday hours (no evenings or weekends listed)
  • Team collaboration with clinicians and support staff

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
  • Complete intake screenings and initial audio/video program assessments
  • Make outreach calls to engage members
  • Schedule member appointments and route calls to clinicians
  • Navigate multiple systems (EHR, call center platform, member app) simultaneously
  • Provide thoughtful and personalized responses to member questions
  • Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and managers
  • Document interactions accurately and support clinical operations as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years healthcare/clinical experience
  • Call center/customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
  • Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting company-issued equipment
  • Must reside in the United States
